Abstract We apply a new tool that is the Maxwell-Fredholm equations, to study collision of an electromagnetic pulse with flat surface separation between two parts torus-shaped artefact highly anisotropic refractive index forces it move over its surface. find possible establish relationship different angles involved depending on parameters toroidal coordinates, which we call particularization Snell’s law.
